This is our second vehicle purchase at All Star Chevy. Joseph Morris is the best and we are loving both of our vehicles. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 a.m. on 1/16/26 at All Star Chevrolet service department to replace the side mirror. I did not hear back from the advisor until 2:45 p.m. that the wrong part was ordered and it would not be ready on that day. On 1/17/26 again i waited all day to hear from someone about when my vehicle would be ready to go and when i called to check on when my vehicle would be ready, i was advised that they knew nothing about my vehicle and would have to call the advisor to check on it. There was no communication with me nor each department about the service of my vehicle. I had ordered the mirror myself through the parts department and again that had several errors in the wrong part and the painting of the part so the whole process was drawn out and poorly executed. It was the worst service experience i have ever experienced and i will not back.

I’m planning contacting to to ask why when the transmission was replaced, why didn’t the normally faulty torque converter get replaced as well. It’s quite costly to go back and have that done after the fact. It should have been done at the same time as it’s a known issue with Chevy Blazers.
